The Role:

• In order to be considered for this position you must possess at least 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry.
• The main attribute that we look for in a service technician is good character. This is vitally important because our technicians are also our salesman. We would much rather invest in training someone who is less experienced with strong moral character than to hire someone who is more experienced with questionable character.
• The reason we have such a high percentage of our Service Technicians making over $100,000 per year is because our Technicians are our Salesmen.
• Our Service Technicians make up to 10% commission on any sale generated from a service call where it is determined that the homeowner needs to replace the system.
• Our Service Technicians also run all the estimates and make up to 10% commission on sales resulting from estimates.
• There are Unlimited Spiff opportunities for our Techs.
• We have multiple Service Technicians that will make over $50,000 in commission alone.
