The Role:

We are currently looking for exceptional Lead Installers to add to our Install Department. The ideal candidates would possess 2-4 years of HVAC experience and 1-2 years of Lead Installer experience.

Requirements:

• EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
• HVAC Installation: 2 years experience
• Must be 21+ years old
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test
• Highly motivated and organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
• Strong desire to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today.
• Able to lift 75 pounds, as well as crawl, walk, stand for extended periods.
• Able to work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces, furnace rooms, and attics.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions such as hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.
