The Role:

Our Dispatchers support our Customer Service Team and Field Service Technicians. This role provides an opportunity to engage your strong organizational and detail-oriented skills and provides an outstanding opportunity to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements

The following qualifications along with the individual’s previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants.

• Dispatch experience required
• A proven track record working in a fast-paced environment
• Service-oriented personality
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm
• Pride in being organized and detailed
• Able to communicate effectively in writing
• Able to communicate effectively via phone
• Geographical knowledge of Columbus service area or the ability to read a map
