The Role:

• Responsible for screening and identifying eligible applicants for hire.
• Handles applicants interviews and new employee onboarding.
• Maintains and expands knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state laws/regulations affecting HR management.
• Reviews compensation data and analytics as needed.
• Assists in any special projects within the HR/Recruiting department as needed.
• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years HR experience preferred but not required
• 2-3 years of Recruiting experience required
• Associates degree or equivalent of 3-5 years experience/education in HR and/or Recruiting.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to hit recruiting goals on dates assigned
