The Role:
The HR Director oversees organizational aspects of the business including long-term strategic planning, daily operations, and HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with all management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the organization.
- Serves as a member of the organization’s key administrative decision-making and planning team.
- Plans, directs and supervises all activities relating to the administration and maintenance of payroll and employee benefits programs.
- Conducts new hire and annual performance reviews.
- Oversees all HR functions company-wide.
- Creates, implements, and rolls out new policies and procedures.
- Reviews compensation data and analytics as needed.
- Manages safety training, employee complaints, and employee investigations.
- Handles employee disciplinary actions as needed.
- Maintains and expands knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state laws/regulations affecting HR management and provides leadership to others using this knowledge.
- Identifies trends that could affect organizational objectives and/or operational resources.
- Prioritizes, organizes, and delegates assignments.
- Participates in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years HR experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 5-8 years experience/education in HR.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
Job Details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
