The Role:

The HR Director oversees organizational aspects of the business including long-term strategic planning, daily operations, and HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with all management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the organization.
  • Serves as a member of the organization’s key administrative decision-making and planning team.
  • Plans, directs and supervises all activities relating to the administration and maintenance of payroll and employee benefits programs.
  • Conducts new hire and annual performance reviews.
  • Oversees all HR functions company-wide.
  • Creates, implements, and rolls out new policies and procedures.
  • Reviews compensation data and analytics as needed.
  • Manages safety training, employee complaints, and employee investigations.
  • Handles employee disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Maintains and expands knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state laws/regulations affecting HR management and provides leadership to others using this knowledge.
  • Identifies trends that could affect organizational objectives and/or operational resources.
  • Prioritizes, organizes, and delegates assignments.
  • Participates in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years HR experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 5-8 years experience/education in HR.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
