The Role:

The Dispatch Manager is responsible for managing our dispatchers and stewarding the relationship between technicians and dispatchers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and bring accountability to the team
• Provide limited supervision to others through motivation, direction, review, and feedback of assigned tasks.
• Supervise in both their work assignments and performance development.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Work with Dispatchers to make sure the right calls go to the right techs to maximize opportunities and sales goals
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years Management experience preferred
• 2-3 years Dispatch experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
