The Role:

Our Customer Service Representatives support our Customer Service Manager, Service Supervisors and field Service Technicians. This role provides an opportunity to engage your strong customer service and organizational skills, and provides an outstanding opportunity to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Make a great first impression for our customers as you will be the first point of contact
  • Answer incoming customer calls, email service requests, and online chat.
  • Schedule and enter service requests into our CRM
  • Coordinate scheduling with service supervisors and field technicians
  • Customer and maintenance agreement records and system maintenance
  • General office support

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • A proven track record working in a fast paced environment
  • Service oriented personality
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm
  • Pride in being organized and detailed
  • Able to communicate effectively in writing
  • Able to communicate effectively via phone
  • Geographical knowledge of Columbus service area or the ability to read a map
